DLA Piper advises StarCompliance in a strategic capital investment by Luminate Capital Partners

DLA Piper represented StarCompliance, LLC, a provider of enterprise compliance and regulatory software solutions in the financial services industry, in the recent capital investment by Luminate Capital Partners, a San Francisco-based private equity firm.

Based in the United States and United Kingdom, StarCompliance's software platform helps financial services institutions manage, prevent, detect, report and resolve employee conflicts of interest. StarCompliance's platform monitors critical regulated employee activities such as personal stock trading, gifts and entertainment, political contributions and outside business activities to ensure ongoing compliance and mitigate the operational and reputational risk of non-compliance.
