DLA Piper has advised Tatts Group Limited and Maxgaming NSW on the licensing arrangements to operate a Centralised Monitoring System (CMS) for gaming machines across NSW.
Following a competitive international tender process conducted by the NSW Government, Tatts Group subsidiary Maxgaming NSW has been selected to operate the CMS that monitors all gaming machines in NSW, Australia’s largest gaming market, until 2032.
Total payments in respect of the licensing arrangements will be approximately $210 million.
