DLA Piper advises underwriters in YogaWorks IPO

DLA Piper represented the underwriters in the US$40 million initial public offering of YogaWorks, Inc. (NASDAQ: YOGA). YogaWorks is one of the largest and fastest growing providers of high quality yoga instruction in the United States. Cowen and Company, LLC, Stephens, Inc. and Guggenheim Securities, LLC acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. Roth Capital Partners, LLC acted as lead manager and Imperial Capital, LLC acted as co-manager.

The DLA Piper team representing the underwriting syndicate was co-led by Christopher Paci (New York), chair of the Capital Markets practice, and Ann Lawrence (Los Angeles) and included partners John Clarke (New York), John Grady (Philadelphia), Neil Balmert (San Diego), Cisco Palao-Ricketts (Silicon Valley), Christine Lehr (Raleigh) and Mark Boxer (San Francisco); of counsel Grant Alexander (Los Angeles); associates Scott Layfield and Shauneen Militello (Los Angeles); and Malaz Kamal Moustafa (Silicon Valley).
