DLA Piper has advised Zeus Capital Limited as nominated advisor and broker to OnTheMarket plc, operator of the residential property portal of the same name, on its listing on AIM and associated placing of shares, which began trading on Friday 9 February. The placing raised £30 million, resulting in a market capitalisation of approximately £100 million for OnTheMarket plc.

OnTheMarket plc intends to use the placing proceeds to support broad marketing campaigns and the expansion of its sales and customer relationship management organisation and its technology development capacity. This will underpin the strategy to not only attract more estate agents and other property advertisers to use the portal but also to grow the levels of traffic and engagement with property-seekers.
