DLA Piper has advised Brighter AB (publ) (Brighter) in connection with Brighter's securement of external financing through issuance of convertible notes with warrants attached in up to eight tranches of a total amount of SEK 100 million spread over 36 months.
The tranches are subscribed by a fund managed by L1 Capital Pty, Ltd. which is a boutique fund manager based in Australia but that also operates in the US and in Europe. In connection with this transaction, Brighter will also issue free warrants to its existing shareholders to protect them against dilution. The warrants will be admitted to trading on Nasdaq First North.
