Kristian Tokkesdal and Patrick M Toftegaard have advised the sellers in connection with the sale of GateHouse Logistics A/S to Project44 Inc.

GateHouse Logistics A/S provides tracking solutions and data to the logistics industry. Project44 Inc. provides a cloud-based platform to the logistics industry that connects, automates and provides visibility into key transportation processes. The sellers, GateHouse Logistics A/S and Project 44 Inc. will also closely collaborate in the future setup.
