DLA Piper represented Autodesk, a 3D design software firm, in the negotiation of a 70,000-square-foot lease, with the option to occupy an additional 50,000 square feet, in the Innovation and Design Building in Boston’s Seaport District.

The new office will span three floors and also be the site of the new “Building Innovation Learning & Design” space, which brings together students, entrepreneurs and researchers to explore new tools.

The DLA Piper team representing Autodesk was led by real estate partner Geoff Howell and included associate Mark Tang (both Boston).
