DLA Piper represented Datapipe, Inc., a provider of hybrid IT solutions for the enterprise, in its acquisition of GoGrid, a cloud infrastructure service.

The acquisition is the latest for Datapipe, which continues to expand in the security, integration and management of multiple cloud platforms.

The DLA Piper team representing Datapipe was led by Joe Alexander, Southeast US managing partner of DLA Piper and Southeast US chair of the firm’s Corporate and Private Equity practices, and included partners Brian Gordon (Atlanta), William Bartow (Philadelphia), and Julia Kovacs (Washington, DC); of counsel Peter McLaughlin (Boston); and associates Puja Vadodaria, Uttara Kale, and Jamie Konn (all Atlanta).
