DLA Piper represents Paylocity in initial public offering

DLA Piper advised Paylocity Holding Corporation in its initial public offering valued at approximately US$100 million. Founded in 1997, the Arlington Heights, Illinois-based company provides cloud-based payroll and human capital management software to medium-sized businesses.

DLA Piper’s team representing Paylocity was led by partner John J. Gilluly III and also included associates Anna Denton and Joseph Fore.

Since 2008, the firm’s Capital Markets group has represented companies, underwriters and placement agents in approximately 240 public offerings (equity and debt) in the US and worldwide, including 40 IPOs and more than 50 private offerings, raising more than US$94 billion.
