DLA Piper advised Q2 Holdings, Inc., a leading provider of cloud-based virtual banking solutions, in its initial public offering valued at approximately US$100 million.

The DLA Piper team representing Q2 was led by partner John J. Gilluly III and also included partner Ariane Chan and associates Anna Denton, Justin Bowes and Brent Bernell.
