DLA Piper represented Atlanta-based Racemi, a cloud migration company, in a US$10 million investment by venture capital fund Milestone Venture Partners and existing investors Harbert Venture Partners and Paladin Capital Group.

This latest investment will be used to further scale Racemi’s sales, services and engineering to meet the growing demand for its software that supports migrations between dissimilar physical, virtual and cloud platforms.

The DLA Piper team representing Racemi was led by corporate partner Jeffrey Leavitt (Atlanta) and included Scott Cowan (New Jersey).
