Eiendomsfond Tyskland I AS (EFT), a fund managed by IPI Management AS, has divested its portfolio comprising 43 residential properties in Berlin to the ADO and Harel groups from Israel for EUR 127.5 million.

The Norway-based IPI Group is focused on setting up funds focusing on property development and the acquisition and management of real property in England, Spain, Germany and Norway. The EFT fund was launched in 2006.

EFT and IPI Management were advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The firm’s team in Berlin was led by Maria Wolleh, primarily assisted by Alexander von Kleist and Malte Woock.
