Davis Polk advised the joint lead managers on an English law Regulation S-only offering by ENN Energy Holdings Limited of its US$400 million 3.25% bonds due 2019. The joint lead managers are UBS AG, Hong Kong Branch and The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation.  

ENN Energy Holdings Limited, whose shares are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, is one of the first privately owned clean energy distributors in China. Its principal business is the investment in, and the operation and management of, gas pipeline infrastructure, vehicle/ship gas refuelling stations, the sales and distribution of piped gas and LPG.
