EQT acquired E.I.S. Aircraft Group on 13 February 2015 from a group of private shareholders. E.I.S. Aircraft Group designs and produces cabin interior components for commercial aircrafts and provides in addition to line and base maintenance of aircrafts flight simulation and training services for international customers. E.I.S. Aircraft Group comprises E.I.S. Holding GmbH, E.I.S. Aircraft GmbH and DEVA- Kunststofftechnik GmbH.
With more than 60 years of experience in the fields of innovation, design and service, the group is a renowned product and service provider in the high-growth segments of the aerospace market. The three main businesses – Aviation Products, Aviation Services as well as Simulation and Training – together offer a comprehensive scope of capabilities throughout the whole value chain, ranging from design and engineering through production to aftermarket support.
