Ernströmgruppen AB, a private industrial conglomerate that develops and acquires companies within selected industrial sectors with future prospects, has acquired REC Indovent AB from Elof Hansson Holding AB.

REC Indovent is an expert on indoor climate in low energy houses with headquarters in Mölndal outside of Göteborg. The company has a sales company in the Baltics and a development company in Göteborg. REC Indovent has also production facilities in Linköping. In total, the REC Indovent group has an annual turnover of approximately 95 MSEK and 40 employees.
