Eversheds Ots & Co advised GrabCad, one of Estonia's most successful startup company, and the owners in the business aspects of the sale transaction to 3D printing giant Stratasys. The transaction value is more than $ 100 million and will be completed by the end of September.

GrabCAD is a virtual engineering community, which was created with the idea of bringing together engineers throughout the world, and help them to work together to bring more and better products to market faster. Stratasys leads the world in 3D printing, with a market value of about 6.15 billion dollars. The purpose of the transaction is to provide added value to the growing customer base of Stratasys 3D printing solutions and tools in 3D CAD context.
