European Energy A/S, a Danish wind- and solar power company, has announced the successful listing of EUR 45 mio. floating rate corporate bonds on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.

On 2 March 2015, the EUR 45,000,000 EURIBOR (3 months) plus 7.50% Senior Unsecured Callable Floating Rate Bonds with maturity in March 2018 were admitted to trading and official listing on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB under ISIN code SE0005677796. European Energy closed the issue of the senior unsecured bonds in the Nordic debt capital market on 3 March 2014 and the demand for the bonds was very strong from investors in Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
