Global law firm Eversheds has continued its ongoing relationship with American fashion chain Forever 21 as it advises on the expansion of the retail chain in the new mall to be set up in Aeroville near Paris.

Aeroville is a unique shopping mall, currently under construction near the Charles de Gaulle international airport, Paris, which will boast more than 200 shops on completion. Run by Unibail Rodamco, the 80,000m2 “retail city” is set to open in September 2013. Forever 21 has secured a 1,430 sqm commercial lease on the premise.

The Eversheds team, led by Partner Christophe Sciot-Siegrist, advised Forever 21 on the negotiation and completion of the deal.

Christophe said: “This is an exciting deal as we continue to build on our relationship with Forever 21. Aeroville is an exciting location which is likely to generate a lot of traffic for Forever 21. This deal will help to build the retailer’s profile in France.”
