Eversheds handled the pre-let and lease negotiations for Hibernia REIT plc with Twitter, relating to Twitter’s new Irish HQ at Cumberland House, Fenian Street, Dublin 2. This is potentially the largest office lease deal of the year, being 85,000 square feet at an initial rent of €4.6m per annum.
