Eversheds has advised WM Morrisons Supermarkets plc on the sale of 140 high street convenience stores to Greybull Capital.
The deal will see the Greybull-led group take control of stores that trade under the M Local brand.
Greybull is a family office with a focus on investing in private companies across a diversified range of industry sectors.
The Eversheds team was led by Corporate Partner James Trevis and Real Estate Partner Susan Samuel who are both consumer sector specialists, with a team including Principal Associate Claire Burns and Associates Jordan Cliffe, Tom Jackson and Elizabeth Tindall.
