Eversheds has advised brokerage and investment firm Stifel Nicolaus Europe in its role as sponsor to Secure Trust Bank plc on the admission of its shares to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority from AIM.

The admission of Secure Trust Bank’s shares to the Official List and to trading on the Main Market took effect on 12 October at 8.00am.
