The Swedish e-commerce company Scand. Design Online AB has been sold to NS Intressenter, Nordstjernan, Nicklas Storåkers and EOC Capital and Anders Brenner. The previous majority owner and MD, Jörgen Bödmar together with the management made a reinvestment in the business when the company was sold.

Scand. Design Online AB, founded in 2002 by Jörgen Bödmar, is an e-commerce entity specializing in interior design and furnish. It has cosutomers in more than 70 countries and offers approximately 15,000 unique products from 200 well-known trademarks. Revenues for the financial year 2015 is excepted to amount to MSEK 160-170 (close to a 100% increase compared with financial year 2014). Estimated operating profit for 2015 will exceed MSEK 20.

Eversheds advised the sellers (including the majority owner Jörgen Bödmar) in the transaction and the team consisted of Conny Tranberg and Ulrika Sparrman (responsible partners) and Caroline Wikström (principal associate).”
