Eversheds Sutherland advised the Pentair group in its acquisition of the assets of Zenius, a French company located in Nice, France

Eversheds Sutherland France advised the international industrial group Pentair, on the acquisition of the activity operated by Zenius on the site of Carros in Nice (Alpes-Maritimes, France), relating to the marketing of automation and water treatment equipments for pool water.

Pentair is advised on a regular basis by Eversheds Sutherland. For this transaction, the team was led by Catherine Detalle, Of Counsel, and senior associate Charles Bresson.
