Fieldfisher is pleased to announce that it has advised KGAL Investment Management GmbH & Co. KG (”KGAL“) on the acquisition of two onshore wind farms in Sweden consisting of seven wind turbines with a total capacity of 15,4 MW from Eolus Vind AB ("Eolus"). The projects Gunillaberg and Lunna are located in the central part of the highland in southern Sweden and the municipality of Askersund respectively. Fieldfisher advised KGAL on contractual matters of the transaction and the negotiation of all project contracts.

Fieldfisher cooperated with the Swedish law firm Vinge AB which advised especially on the due diligence of the project and on the Swedish law aspects.
