The Financial markets and products team advised The Fyzz Facility Capital plc on its launch of an Innovative Finance ISA investing in film finance transactions in the USA and Europe.

The Fyzz Facility Capital plc is a sister company of The Fyzz Facility Limited, a specialist lender to the entertainment sector and a film producer, and was established especially to raise funds from ISA investors and others.

Innovative Finance ISAs were introduced in 2016 to permit investors to invest funds in a wider range of assets, in particular, assets generated from online platforms. This is one of a small number of Innovative Finance ISAs that have been launched to date and the first to invest in the film finance sector.

The Fieldfisher team was led by Gonzalo Fernandez included Kirstene Baillie, James Walsh, Andrew Loan, Marsili Hale and Emily Purdy.
