Corporate and IP teams advise on sale of controlling stake in manufacturer and retailer of premium mattresses.

Latham & Watkins represented Citic Capital Partners, the private equity arm of CITIC Capital Holdings Limited, on its sale of a controlling stake in King Koil Shanghai Sleep System Co., Ltd (“King Koil China”) to Advent International. King Koil China is a manufacturer and retailer of premium mattresses in China and is the exclusive licensee in China of several international mattress brands such as “King Koil”, “Aireloom” and “Life Balance”.
