Squire Patton Boggs has advised on the sale of Cassellie Limited, a designer and importer of bathroom products, to Mobility Group, a UK-based supplier of mobility adapted bathrooms, backed by Lonsdale Capital Partners.
Headquartered in Leeds, Cassellie designs, manufactures and distributes a wide range of bathroom products to building merchants, online specialist retailers, DIY retailers, e-commerce and catalogue retailers in the UK and Europe.
The Squire Patton Boggs team advising Cassellie was led by Corporate partners Richard Hunt and Giles Chesher, and included Victoria Kierans, Joshua Headley and Ellie Dodsworth (Corporate), Peter Morley and Emma Perez (Tax Strategy & Benefits), and Tom Telford, Andrea Unwin and Katherine Warren (Financial Services).
