Flex (previously Flextronics) has divested its manufacturing unit in Ronneby, Sweden, to Orbit One. The unit comprises around 220 employees and will make Orbit One one of the largest contract manufacturers in Scandinavia after completion of the acquisition. Flex will continue to operate its design and engineering centres in Sweden which are not covered by the transaction.
