Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has advised Shui On Land Limited on the disposal of Infoshore International Limited (Infoshore) to Bayline Global Limited, a company indirectly owned by LKK Health Products Group Limited and China Vanke Co., Ltd.
International law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has advised Shui On Land Limited on the disposal of Infoshore International Limited (Infoshore) to Bayline Global Limited, a company indirectly owned by LKK Health Products Group Limited and China Vanke Co., Ltd.
Infoshore indirectly owns 99% of Corporate Avenue 3, a retail and office development in Shanghai for which construction works were completed in April 2015 and the Housing Ownership Certificate is expected to be obtained in the first half of 2016. Completion of the disposal (which is a major transaction for Shui On Land) is expected to take place on 2 February 2016.
The 5.7bn RMB (US$881m) sale of Infoshore marks one of the largest property deals to take place in Shanghai during 2015.
Freshfields also advised Shui On Land earlier in 2015 on its sale of Brixworth International Limited (the indirect owner of the Corporate Avenue 1 and 2 development) to Link REIT.
