Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP (‘Freshfields’) has advised on the IPO of Rici Healthcare Holdings Limited (‘Rici Healthcare’). Freshfields acted as US and Hong Kong legal counsel for the underwriters BNP Paribas Securities (Asia) Limited, Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) Limited, CMB International Capital Limited and BOCI Asia Limited.

Rici Healthcare, a leading private general medical services group in the Yangtze River Delta region of China, operates one general hospital, 21 medical examination centres and one clinic. The IPO is valued at US$127.3m and dealings in shares commenced on 6 October 2016 on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
