Göteborg Energi AB (“GE”) has, following the completion of a public procurement process, awarded Tieto Sweden AB a contract covering the outsourcing of parts of the company’s IT operations as well as the procurement of a new business support system. The contract extends over several years. The outsourcing covers maintenance and development of GE’s IT-infrastructure (datacenter, workplace), service desk services as well as the procurement and implementation of a new business support system, which will integrate intranet, document management and registration.

GE was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the procurement. The firm’s team was lead by Niklas Sjöblom, assisted by, among others, Jessika Olsén, Johanna Jonsson, Pernilla Book and Ida Johansson.
