As reported in The Financial Times and The Wall Street Journal, GAME Digital plc, a leading omni-channel specialist retailer of video games in the United Kingdom and Spain, completed its listing on the London Stock Exchange and closed its initial public offering. Canaccord Genuity acted as sole sponsor, financial adviser and joint bookrunner. HSBC and Liberum also acted as joint bookrunners.
