Gernandt & Danielsson has acted as legal advisors to Heimstaden in its issuance of subsequent bonds at a total amount of 250,000,000 SEK. The bonds are issued within a total framework amount of 1,250,000,000 SEK and after the issue the outstanding amount under the bonds amounts to the total framework amount. Heimstaden has undertaken to list the subsequent bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.

The proceeds from the bonds will be used towards general corporate purposes and to pursue further acquisitions of real estate in accordance with Heimstaden's previously communicated strategy.
