Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Lavare Holding’s listing of bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm

Lavare Holding AB (pub), the parent company of the Textilia group, issued on 4 April 2014 corporate bonds amounting to SEK 585 million within a framework amount of SEK 700 million. The bonds have today been listed on the Corporate Bond List at Nasdaq Stockholm.

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised the company with a team consisting of Partner Mikael Borg and Associate Adrian Della Morte Pålstam.
