ClearCar conducts vehicle inspection operations on approximately 80 inspection stations. In February 2016 ClearCar’s accreditation was withdrawn by the supervisory body Swedac which claimed that there are deficiencies in the inspection operations. For 2015 ClearCar's revenue amounted to SEK 82 million with an operating profit before depreciation of approximately SEK 4 million.

Volati is a Swedish industrial group that acquires and develops companies with focus on long-term creation of value. Volati consists of seven sub-groups with operations in 15 countries and a total annual revenue of approximately SEK 3 billion.
