Gide’s Casablanca and London offices have advised Maghreb Titrisation and the Office National de l’Electricité et Eau potable (ONEE) on a MAD 2 billion (EUR 185 million) securitisation operation initiated by ONEE.

Maghreb Titrisation was the lead arranger of this fourth securitisation operation launched by ONEE. It led to the creation of a securitisation fund dedicated to the acquisition of ONEE current and future trade receivables on its key corporate clients. Successfully closed on 7 September, this issue drew the interest of a wide range of accredited investors, including UCITS, retirement funds and banks.
