GRO Capital, a provider of capital and knowledge to high quality companies, has today announced the acquisition of Targit A/S, a leading Business Intelligence software provider for the SME segment.  

Targit experienced solid growth in 2016 and the aim is to use the additional financial resources to continue this growth through an increased focus on sales and marketing as well as investing into a strong product roadmap.

The acquisition means a change of management, with the now former CEO Morten Sandlykke retiring. Ulrik Pedersen, CTO and COO of Targit, will replace Morten Sandlykke as CEO. Together Targit and the new management will work closely together with GRO Capital towards creating one of the leading companies in business intelligence software solutions for SME’s.
