As part of a forward asset deal, GSK Stockmann has advised Diringer & Scheidel Wohn- und Gewerbebau GmbH on the sale of the new Quartiers 4 in Mannheim. Purchaser is SV SparkassenVersicherung Lebensversicherung AG. The investment amount is approximately 85 million euros.

Quartier4 is based in the “Glückstein-Quartier”, the new development project located between the central station of Mannheim and its district Lindenhof. Under the responsibility of Diringer & Scheidel Wohn- und Gewerbebau GmbH, a new building, which will mostly have offices but also include a residential complex with 77 apartments in energy-efficient construction, will be built on a two-storey underground car park. The entire property has 6,086 sqm. The construction is expected to be terminated by 2020.

The total office building is expected to have an area of approximately 16,800 sqm, the residential area approximately 7,428 sqm. The office building is pre-certified with LEED® Gold and will particularly function as new SV branch office in Mannheim.
