GSK advises publity AG on their IPO in Frankfurt

publity AG, an asset manager with focus on German office properties, property financings in sometimes distressed situations and specialised in the development, launch, sales and management of investments has gone public on 2 April 2015. GSK Stockmann + Kollegen has comprehensively advised publity AG on the IPO executed under the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

publity AG, a specialist in property financings in – often distressed – situations and in the acquisition and development of high-yielding commercial assets primarily in German cities, has successfully completed its IPO with the first listing of shares on 2 April 2015. The shares of publity AG (ISIN: DE0006972508, WKN: 697250) are traded under the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. publity AG is as-sisted by Baader Bank in its capacity as Deutsche Börse Listing Partner and Listing Agent.

GSK Stockmann + Kollegen has comprehensively advised publity AG on the IPO executed under the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The transaction comprised the legal structuring and the legal due diligence, the drafting of a first prospectus, the advice on the approval process with the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht – BaFin) as well as the advice on general stock corporation law and capital markets issues.
