GSK Stockmann provided Munich developer Optima-Aegidius and the investment company Competo Capital Partners with comprehensive legal advice on renting out approximately 14,000 m² of office space in the new building project New Eastside Munich Factory Lofts.

The IT service provider adesso is renting about 8,000 m² in the New Eastside and the publishing house Gruner + Jahr about 6,000 m² for various affiliated companies. These two tenants are going to take up about 70 percent of the 21,000 m² of that property’s office space. The New Eastside Munich Factory Lofts are located in the business park at Neumarkterstrasse and will be developed jointly by Optima-Aegidius and Competo Capital Partners until 2020.
