GSK Stockmann advised Westbrook on the purchase of the "Fritz" office building in Düsseldorf

GSK Stockmann provided comprehensive legal advice to the global real estate investment company Westbrook Partners on the purchase of the "Fritz" office building in Düsseldorf’s business district “Seestern.” The seller is Deka Immobilien GmbH. The parties agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.

The property at Fritz-Vomfelde-Strasse 14-20 consists of four building parts and comprises a rental space of almost 17,000 m2 and around 300 parking spaces. Two thirds of the property are let; among the tenants are NEC Germany and Itochu. The property was originally part of the Deka-ImmobilienEuropa portfolio, an open-end public real estate fund. Deka acquired the office building in 1993 when it was brand new.
