Altor-owned Realia Group Oy, the largest service provider in real estate management and brokerage services in the Nordic countries, has acquired the Swedish real estate management services company Hestia. The acquisition is part of Realia Group’s growth strategy and supports Realia Group’s plan to expand its international real estate management services to other Nordic countries.

Hestia operates in Sweden, Norway and Finland providing services in property management and corporate real estate management serving property investors, user-owners and tenants. Hestia will operate as Realia Group’s Swedish subsidiary and continue its operations as before.
