Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to DUAL Co., Ltd. in its acquisition of 95% stake in Borgstena Group Sweden, the leading Scandinavian automotive textile supplier, from Herenco AB, Pomona-Gruppen AB, and Larsson Industrier i Smalandsstenar AB.                                                         

DUAL Co., Ltd. will acquire 47,499 shares equivalent to a 95% stake. The transaction enables DUAL Co., Ltd. to diversify its overseas business and participate into management. The transaction will close on 1 September 2017.
