Hill Dickinson has acted for Lloyds Bank plc on a £20m funding facility for communications specialists, Elitetele.com plc.   

Based in Chorley and founded in 2000, Elitetele.com is a business telecoms and communications provider with customers spanning a wide range of sectors including hospitality and travel.

The funding facility, provided by Lloyds Bank Mid-Markets and Strategic Finance teams led by Terry Errington and Victoria Daly, will support the business’ on-going growth strategy. Elitetele.com has made 11 acquisitions since 2008, including London-based Modern Communications and Stoke based Qualitel Voice & Data in the last 12 months.

Hill Dickinson partner, Richard Capper, from the firm’s banking and finance team led on the deal, alongside senior associate, Helen Penfold.
