The Liverpool office of international law firm, Hill Dickinson, has advised on the sale of Bibby Consulting & Support Limited, a subsidiary of Bibby Line Group, to Citation Limited.

Wilmslow-based Citation Ltd, a leading advisor on employment law and health and safety regulations which is backed by private equity firm ECI Partners, has acquired Bibby Consulting & Support Ltd for an undisclosed sum. Jonathan Brown, Craig Scott and Michael Murphy from Hill Dickinson’s Liverpool corporate team advised Bibby Line Group on the sale.

Bibby Consulting & Support is an established provider of compliance management services. With over 2,000 clients, the company enables employers and senior managers to attain and maintain compliance within the fields of employment law, health and safety and environmental legislation.
