Hogan Lovells has advised on the sale of Macedonian cable operator Blizoo, a portfolio company of EQT, to Telekom Austria. Swedish private equity firm EQT created Blizoo in 2009. It now has 10 million euros in annual revenues and 63,000 subscribers. The acquisition will allow Telekom Austria to offer fixed-line broadband and television services bundled with its current mobile offering in the region.
