Hogan Lovells Advises CMS on Cannon Place Relocation

LONDON, 26 July 2013 - Law firm CMS Cameron McKenna LLP announced this week that it plans to move its entire London operation to the newly developed Cannon Place above Cannon Street station when it vacates its existing premises.

CMS has agreed to take a 25 year lease from the landlord and was represented by Hogan Lovells.

The Hogan Lovells team was led by real estate partner Dion Panambalana and senior associate Graham Cutts with support from Gillian Thomas and Rosemary Miller on construction and David Wood on planning.

Commenting upon the move, CMS Cameron McKenna Managing Partner Duncan Weston said: "We are delighted to confirm the move to Cannon Place. We will design our building to support our strategic focus on clients and sectors and view this as an exciting development for our London practice.”

Dion Panambalana said: "We are delighted to have been selected to act for CMS Cameron McKenna on what is one of the major lettings of 2013.  We think the space is great too!"
