Hogan Lovells has advised EDF on the following bond issues:

- Two bond issues for a total of 2.655 billion USD senior bonds in Taiwan ("Formosa bonds") of 30-year and 40-year maturities. Hogan Lovells advised EDF in 2015 on its first Formosa bond issue;

- Two bond issues for a total of 2.5 billion EUR bonds: a 10-year maturity Green bond issue for 1.75 billion euros which will be exclusively for financing projects in renewable energies and a 20-year maturity bond issue for 750 million euros. Hogan Lovells advised EDF on the first ever Green bond issue in 2013 and EDF is now the leading corporate issuer of Green bonds in France, with more than 4 billion euros issued;

- Two bond issues for a total of 550 million CHF bonds listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange: an 8 year maturity bond issue for 400 million Swiss francs and a 12 year maturity bond issue for 150 million Swiss francs.
