News Corp announced today that it plans to move its entire London operations to a single location in The Place on the Southbank of the Thames, alongside The Shard in the heart of the London Bridge Quarter. Hogan Lovells represented News Corp in this transaction.

The Hogan Lovells team was led by real estate partner Dion Panambalana with senior associates Simon Keen, Paul Tonkin and associate Edward Newport. They were supported and assisted by Chair Nicholas Cheffings, with construction aspects being dealt with by partner Gillian Thomas and of Counsel Rosemary Miller. Planning support was given from David Wood and trainee Lydia Kelly.
