UBS AG and Zürcher Kantonalbank acted as managers in the issuance of bonds by Sonova Holding AG valued at CHF 760 m. The bonds will be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange. The proceeds of the bonds will be used by the Issuer for refinancing a bridge facility entered into in connection with the acquisition of AudioNova that was completed in September 2016.
